Zorver

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 11, 2026

This policy describes how Zorver (“we,” “us”), operated from the State of Texas, United States, handles your information when you visit zorver.com (the “Site”), place a reservation, or contact us. Questions any time: connor@zorver.com.

The short version: we collect what we need to run the reservation program and measure our advertising, we share it only with the service providers that make the Site work, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. What we collect

  • Reservation details — your name, email address, the finishes and quantities you reserve, and the amounts you paid, refunded, and related receipts.
  • Payment — payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive or store your card number. We receive confirmation of payment and transaction identifiers from Stripe.
  • Messages — if you contact us, we keep your name, email, and message so we can respond.
  • Advertising campaign data — if you arrive from an ad, we record which campaign brought you (standard UTM tags and ad identifiers) so we can measure which ads work.
  • Technical data — standard web logs and analytics: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site.

2. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

The Site uses the following tracking technologies:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — records your visit to the Site, pages viewed, and actions taken (such as starting or completing a reservation), together with standard identifiers (IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers). We use it to measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms and to build advertising audiences. Meta’s own use of this data is described in Meta’s Privacy Policy, and you can control ads preferences in your Meta account settings.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) — collects usage statistics about the Site (pages viewed, session information, IP address, device information) to help us understand how the Site is used. You can opt out with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
  • Local storage — we store a small flag in your browser after a completed reservation so refreshing the confirmation page is not counted as a second conversion.

You can limit tracking by using browser privacy controls, ad blockers, or the opt-outs above; the reservation flow works with tracking blocked.

3. How we use information

  • To operate the reservation program: process deposits, send confirmations and receipts, issue refunds, and maintain the availability counter.
  • To respond when you contact us.
  • To send updates about Zorver’s progress (you can unsubscribe from these at any time; transactional emails about your reservation continue).
  • To measure and improve our advertising and the Site.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share information with

Only the service providers that run the Site and program:

  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Supabase — our database and server infrastructure;
  • Resend — sending our emails;
  • Vercel — website hosting;
  • Meta and Google — advertising measurement and analytics, as described in Section 2.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a transfer of the Zorver business to a successor entity (in which case this policy continues to apply to your information). We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

5. Retention

We keep reservation records for as long as your reservation is active and afterwards as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. You can ask us to delete information sooner (Section 7).

6. Security

Reservation data is stored with access restricted to server-side systems; card details never touch our systems at all. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design for the principle that the less we hold, the less can go wrong.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, deletion — email connor@zorver.com from the address on your reservation and we will show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep for completed transactions).
  • Unsubscribe — every update email contains an unsubscribe link.
  • Tracking — see the opt-outs in Section 2.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act). We honor the rights above for everyone, regardless of where you live.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where data is processed

Zorver operates from the United States and our service providers process data in the United States. If you use the Site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product and Site evolve; the effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated by email to active reservation holders.
