Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EcomEssence LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates Zorver ("Zorver," "we," "us," or "our"), collects and uses information when you visit zorver.com (the "Site") or place a reservation deposit.

Scope

This policy covers our website only. We do not currently sell a device or operate an app, and we do not collect, store, or process any audio recordings. When a product becomes available, a separate privacy policy will cover the device and its software.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name and email address, when you begin a reservation checkout or contact us
  • Your selected finish and quantity, when you begin a reservation checkout
  • Your billing details, when you place a reservation deposit
  • Anything you include in a message to us
  • Your optional product survey responses, which may be linked to your reservation, and your email address if you ask to be notified about a proposed feature

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card number is submitted directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of your card.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and links clicked
  • The website or ad that referred you to us

This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.

02Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of third-party technologies on the Site:

ServicePurposeCan you turn it off?
AppLovin (Axon Pixel)Measuring which advertising brings visitors to the SiteYes — see below
StripeProcessing your deposit and preventing fraud, on Stripe’s own checkout pagesNo — required to take payment

If you request a feature notification, we store your email address and consent with your survey response and use it to send a signup confirmation and email you if we’re able to implement that feature. This does not subscribe you to general marketing. The notification will include an unsubscribe option.

Product feedback. When you submit feedback or start checkout, we may set a first-party browser identifier for up to 90 days to connect survey answers with checkout and payment outcomes. We use this to understand demand for proposed features, not to infer why someone did not purchase. This linking is disabled when you opt out through Your privacy choices. Responses can still be submitted without linking.

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics technology beyond what is listed above. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the technology is added.

Turning off advertising measurement. Use the Your privacy choices link in the footer of any page. Your choice is stored on your own device and takes effect immediately. Declining does not affect your ability to reserve.

03How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your reservation deposit and issue refunds
  • Send one reminder if you begin a reservation checkout but do not complete it
  • Send you updates about your reservation and the product’s progress
  • Respond to your questions
  • Measure and improve our advertising and our Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

Email. If you begin but do not complete checkout, we may send one reminder about that checkout. If you place a reservation, we may also email you about the product’s development and launch. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf—payment processing, email delivery, website hosting, and analytics—and only as needed to do that work
  • Advertising partners, in the form of the automatic data described above, to measure and target ads
  • Legal authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety
  • A successor, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized

05Advertising and your choices

We use the AppLovin (Axon) Pixel, an advertising technology operated by AppLovin Corporation. It uses cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to record pages you view on this Site and reservations you complete, so that we can measure how our advertising performs and reach people likely to be interested in Zorver.

Through the Pixel, AppLovin may collect your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, and the fact and value of a reservation deposit. When you complete a reservation we also send a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address, which lets AppLovin match the reservation to the advertisement you clicked. We do not send your email address itself; the hash is computed in your browser and the address never leaves your device. AppLovin acts as an independent controller of that information and processes it under its own privacy policy, available at applovin.com/privacy. You can opt out of AppLovin’s interest-based advertising directly at applovin.com/optout.

Your privacy choices

You can turn advertising measurement off at any time using the Your privacy choices link in the footer of any page. We do not sell your personal information, and once you have opted out we do not share it for advertising measurement.

06How long we keep information

We keep reservation records as long as your reservation is active and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. If you request a refund and ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we are not required to keep. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s standard retention period.

07Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a payment processor that handles card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of it
  • Request that we correct or delete it
  • Opt out of marketing email
  • Opt out of the “sharing” of your personal information for targeted advertising

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email connor@zorver.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

09Children

The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

10Location

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed here.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make material changes, we will notify reservation holders by email.
